First time I compliment a tour agency online.
Very good agency. Convenient, as the booking was done online.
We took a private tour for 5 from Hanoi to Sapa to Halong Bay. 7-day tour.
Everything was well arranged and taken care of. Even to the extend that when we had a few hours between short trips (like alight from train from Sapa to wait for transport to fetch us to Halong Bay), we were arrange to be house in a hotel for 3 hours for a shower and some rest. I was indeed impressed.
The staff were responsive via email and sms during the trip.
Really a good agency and nothing to fault them at all. Just all the praises.
