DAY1: HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL (D)
You will arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh and transfer to the hotel for check in. Your welcome dinner will be served at a local restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 02: HO CHI MINH CITY – CITY TOUR (B, L)Notre Dame Cathedral - Sai Gon
08:00 our guide will pick you up at your hotel then we visit Notre Dame Cathedral with French architecture. We keep going to Central Post Office.
09:00 – 10:00: We visit War Remnant Museum, where we can see countless artifacts, photographs and pictures documents about Vietnam war as well as vestiges of war crimes.
10:15 – 11:45: We visit the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam.
12:00: We stop for lunch at a fine local restaurant in town.
14:00: We visit Cho Lon market, China town & Thien Hau Temple. Cho Lon, China town were settled in the late 18th century, now it bustles with restaurants, temples, exotic stores, and markets.
16:00: Finally we will visit Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 03: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA ( MY THO) (B, L)Fruit Garden - Mekong Delta
Today we visit Mekong Delta, passing through rural scenes until we arrive at My Tho where we will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Next we will have a boat ride on the Mekong, visit local homes and orchards, a coconut candy workshop, a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a taste of seasonal fruit and honey tea and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern singing.
Back to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 04: HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNEL - FLY TO NHA TRANG (B)Nhatrang Beach
08.00 We visit the tunnels of Cu Chi which is an immense network of connecting underground tunnels. At Cu Chi tunnel, we see a short introductory video showing how they were constructed, then you have chance to explore the maze of tunnels. You will see displays of various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers. In the afternoon, we fly to Nha Trang. This city is a seaside town, also the capital city of Khanh Hoa Province – on the South Central Coast of Vietnam. Nha Trang is becoming increasingly popular in recent years because of its pristine beach, best scuba diving center of Vietnam as well as lots of interesting places and delicious food to enjoy.
Arrive Nha Trang. Check in to hotel and overnight in Nha Trang.

DAY 07: NHA TRANG – DA NANG – HOI AN (B)
In the morning we will take a flight to Da Nang then transfer to Hoi An. You will start walking tour around the ancient town to visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, the Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An, Chinese temples and pagodas.

DAY 08: HOI AN COOKING CLASS (B, L)cooking_class_hoi_an

This day, you have chance to learn about Vietnam's culinary with a cooking class. It promises to be interesting experience. Firstly, you will visit Hoi An’s colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. After the lesson, we sit down and enjoy what we have cooked.
The rest of the day is free for relaxing. Overnight in Hoi An

DAY 09: HOI AN FISHING VILLAGE (B, L)
After breakfast, you go to a local fishing village to learn about daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, their families and their community. We will board our boat and cruise on the Cua Dai River. Join local fisherman on the river and enjoy hands-on experience fishing. You also have chance to learn to join in a basket boat race and explore the now coconut-palm along waterways. Back to boat, you enjoy lunch and return to your hotel. Overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 10: HOI AN - DA NANG – HUE (B)on beach
This morning, we travel by vehicle to Hue via Danang. Along the way we will enjoy stunning views of Lang Co Beach and stop to visit Cham Museum, Non Nuoc Beach and the Marble Mountain. We arrive in Hue then take a half day tour of Hue City including the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba market.
Overnight in Hue.

DAY 11: HUE - HANOI (B, L)
Today, you board on a private boat for cruising on the romantic Perfume River, this time we head out for the countryside. The boat will stop to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. The pagoda is located in the bank of rivers and gives you a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. After that, you will take a drive to visit King Minh Mang's tomb & King Tu Duc tomb.
This afternoon we will take a flight from Hue to Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 12: HANOI CITY TOUR (B, L)Hanoi_street_food
Today we will drive to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit: Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam, Museum of Ethnology. After that we get back to city center where we take one-hour cyclo around the Old Quarter, known as the 36 streets. Before we go back to hotel, we will have chance to enjoy the unique Water Puppet show to hear to know Vietnamese traditional instruments and singing from the live musicians.

DAY 13: HANOI– HA LONG (B, L, D)kayaking-halong
08h00 – 08h30: After breakfast, car pick you up at your hotel and start the scenic 3.5 hour drive to Halong Bay - listed as a World Heritage Site of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside and have a short break on the way.
12h00 – 12h30: Embark on Cruise, followed by a short cruise briefing
13h00 – 15h30: Have a delectable lunch in Cruises while crusing among the limestone islands. Enjoy the incredible view of limestone karsts out of the sea and the thousands of jungle-covered islands floating on the water.
15h30 – 16h30: Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Luon Cave area and explore the bay in your own.
16h30: Back to the Cruise.
16h30 – 17h30: Cruise to Soi Sim island for swimming among turquoise water and relaxing at the beach or climping up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17h30: Return to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos of sunset.
19h00: Dinner is served. After that, you are free to socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.

DAY 14: HALONG BAY–HANOI (B, L)halong-cruise
06h30 – 07h00: Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt
07h30 – 08h30: Have breakfast at sunrise.
08h30 – 09h30: Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave–the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09h30: Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09h30 – 10h30: Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village to see life of fishmen; Dog Islet and more…
10h30 – 11h30: While heading back to the habor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h00: Disembark Cruise
12h30: Transfer back to Hanoi.
16h30 – 17h00: Come to Hanoi. Overnight on Hanoi

DAY 15: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)
