Half day Tour to Bat Trang village and But Thap Pagoda

At 8:00am (or 13:00pm), Asia Charm Tours's guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi and enjoy a half hour drive to Bat Trang pottery village.  Located on the dykes of the Red River, Bat Trang is popular for being an ancient pottery handicrafts village. Most of the pottery kilns in the village still produce goods in the traditional way, which is similar to the ancient way dating back 700 years.

After visiting Bat Trang for 1.5 hours, we will move on then to But Thap pagoda, which located on the bank of the Duong River, about 30 kilometres northeast of Hanoi, was built in the Tran dynasty, the 13th century. The pagoda is one of the finest pagodas in the country’s north and known as Vietnam’s first Buddhist centre.
