“A great experience”
We did the trek from SaPa town into the villages in the valley which was fabulous. Our guide Lisa was lovely and spoke very good English. A group of local tribe ladies came with us for the trek and expected us to buy souvenirs from each (x4) of them which were overpriced and limited choice – this was the only annoyance of the trip which is out of the tour company’s control. Bac Ha market was also very interesting! We stayed in the Sapa U hotel which was fabulous with a good location!
