Let me start by saying that we are very happy with your personal service as you always respond to our emails promptly; and we sensed that you did the best to assist and accommodate us.
We were also happy with the Sapa trip as hotel, homestay, food & guide were good. I would like to highlight that my friends were talking about visiting Sapa again in future as we love the place. We left Sapa with good memories.
On Mekong tour, it was interesting though a bit short; and the guide was hard-working. Hotel-wise, its a quite noisy and we couldn’t sleep well; however, we do understand that since it is in the middle of a “happening” area with bars & partying crowd, that was expected. The hotel was old; but staff were very helpful.
Da Nang’s hotel was new & good. Breakfast was good too.
On Hanoi, hotel though a bit run-down but still ok as it was located in a busy area & therefore easy for us to walk-around. Staff were very help; I think, you have one person by the name of Dong [if I got it correctly]. He’s good; and even though, we pressured him about the shower arrangement, he still remained calm.
On the other tours, we’d wish it was better. The guide has potential to excel with some coaching.
